SETGA accepts patients by physician referral. This is necessary for continuity of care once your gastrointestinal consultation and/or endoscopy has been completed. Your initial visit to our office may be scheduled with a physician or one of our nurse practitioners. Please be assured that all services provided by non-physician staff are performed at the direction and supervision of a staff physician.
The physicians at SETGA are pleased to offer gastrointestinal and digestive disease consultation and technical pathology services. SETGA also offers endoscopic procedures, including but not limited to, Colonoscopy, Flexible Sigmoidoscopy, Esophagogastroduodenoscopy (EGD) and ERCP at The Endoscopy Center of Southeast Texas, Christus St. Elizabeth Hospital and Memorial Hermann Hospital – Beaumont.
Southeast Texas Gastroenterology Associates reserves the right to assess a 75 dollar fee for patients who do not keep their office appointments. We request that you provide our office with notice of cancellation at least 24 hours in advance of office appointments to avoid this fee.
Office appointments may be cancelled by calling the direct line at (409) 833-5959 or the main line at (409) 833-5858.
Endoscopic procedures may be cancelled up to 48 hours in advance by calling (409) 898-6496, (409) 898-6497, or (409) 898-6498.
